Background

Monitoring Technologies Commercial Dive Limited is a specialised engineering-based commercial dive company that was launched in 2007 in response to market demand for a specialist utilities and infrastructural diving unit. Our work involves pipeline inspection, pipe rehabilitation, construction and demolition as well as reservoir and intake maintenance programmes.

This coincided with the development of the Monitoring Technologies Diver DACAD system which required product testing in various environments by top of the range, highly skilled and trained commercial divers.

Commercial divers have the range of expertise required by Monitoring Technologies in its ongoing Diver DACAD system product testing and it therefore made good business sense to build a commercial diving enterprise that could ably handle all of the company’s requirements.

We are fortunate to have talented, professional divers on call for both arms of our commercial diving enterprise.

Monitoring Technologies Commercial Dive is the only dive company of its type in New Zealand that provides full scoping and reporting by a qualified engineer.
